Yunher V. Optimization program of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of cervical background processes in the young women

The thesis is devoted to the development of scientific bases of prediction, prevention and treatment of background changes of uterine neck combined with genital pathology taking into account state of endocrine correlation, female genital track microflora, general and local immune status in order to raise the effectiveness of treatment of cervical background processes and relapse prevention in women of reproductive age. The factors involved in the regulation of functional state of the cervical epithelium at normal state and at combined genital pathology is fully studied in the work at modern level – at background hormonal dysfunction and chronic inflammatory processes uterus applications, allowing pathogenetically face the approach of solving problems - improving the management of patients with cervical background processes. A complex therapy, which includes three phases is offered – the liquidation of infectious agents to stimulate immune modeling and immune stimulating therapy, the following destruction of nidus with the use of arhonoplazma coagulation method and immunemodulatory therapy for post destruction stage. In combination with hormonal treatment using combined oral contraceptives approved treatment program is sufficiently effective, minimizes the number of relapses and improves indicators of system cellular immunity and local immune defense.
