Oliynik Y. Stage surgical treatment of victims with the closed united abdominal trauma

In disertation was conduct complex research results of treatment 324 victims with the closed united abdominal trauma. A control group was made by 198 patients, in this group for the estimation of weight of trauma anatomic scales were used, the prognosis of flow of traumatic illness did not take into account a functional component, the traditional methods of treatment were conducted. Basic group - 126 victims (2006-2009 years), at treatment of which tactic of a stage surgical treatment was used, on the basis of anatomo-functional estimation of weight of trauma and prognosis of flow of traumatic illness. It allowed to select the groups of patients with a "favourable", "doubtful" and "unfavourable" prognosis. Application of the developed diagnostic programs, methods of surgical interferences, technologies of treatment of patients with the closed united abdominal trauma allowed to reduce frequency of origin of postoperative complications in 2 times from 14,1 % to 7,1 % and general level on 8,2 %, lethality on 9,09%.
