Volynets E. Mechanisms of Formation and Realization of Strategy of Inter-regional Integration in Ukraine

Mechanisms of formation and realization of strategy of inter-regional integration on the basis of democratic management. To open features of development of the international and regional integration processes and to define on this basis of possibility and restriction of application of the integration approach in domestic conditions of democratization of management and to develop mechanisms of drawing up of new forms of the relations developing between regions, as subjects of inter-regional integration. Research methods are: the system approach, the functional analysis and classification, the cause and effect analysis, the is formal-logic analysis, the analysis, synthesis, generalization. It is proved that any forms of inter-regional integration interactions are based on a basis of the coordination of interests of the parties, and functions and structure of mechanisms of integration of regional systems are caused by interaction of corresponding institutes of the power, the property and noncommercial public organizations that has allowed to position integration strategy as the mechanism of the coordination of interests on a basis subsidiary, partnership, financing and other components of the concept of democratic management. Conceptual bases of formation of mechanisms of realization of strategy of the inter-regional integration, including set of the interconnected principles are developed: institutional maintenance of integration interaction of regions, the coordination of interests of the parties of inter-regional integration interaction; refusal of the imperious relations constructed exclusively on a vertical, and transition to horizontal network relations. Results are introduced in Central administrative board of economy and Central administrative board of foreign trade activities and the European integration of the Odessa regional state administration.
