Essay

The analysis of psychological and educational and methodological literature indicates the absence of specific studies on this issue. The thesis discussed, developed and scientifically maintenance and component structure, criteria, indicators and levels of formation of the younger students the ability to organize artistic activities in the classroom and fine arts; guidelines for formation in primary school students skills to organize artistic activities in the classroom art for elementary school teachers; clarified the interpretation of the concept of "organizational skills" younger students in fine arts activities, and specifically to them as "the organizational and artistic skills of junior schoolchildren" and put into scientific circulation, was subsequent development of provisions for use in student teaching primary visual formation of the complex functions of art: cognitive heuristic, information-communicative, aesthetic, educational, hedonistic. Analysis of the results forming experiment illustrates the effectiveness of the model.
