Essay

Object of investigation: processes in the systems of measuring of power descriptions of optical radiation with the improved metrological and operating descriptions. Objective: development of theory and practices of creation of pretsizion facilities of measuring of power descriptions of optical radiation in a wide spectral range and different external environments research. Methods of investigation: methods of rise of exactness of measuring facilities, theory of errors and working of results of measuring, optical, electric and temperature methods of measuring, high-fidelity apparatus and facilities of the computing engineering. Have been developed: a new thermo-electric transformer on the basis of anisotropic antimonite cadmium for a range 0,2 - 25 mkm; digital radiometers of the RAT series; emitter of type "black body" with the irradiative power 09997; new highly sensitive superficial-barrier photodiode on the basis of phosphate of gallium and dioxide of the tin alloyed by a fluorine; UV the UFR-21 radiometers and Tenzor-31; the digital photometer TES-0693 for measuring of luminosity, brightness and power luminosity; options for the metrological providing of the developed devices. Have been applied: аll devices are applied in industry of the "SDF "Tenzor" ltd. and used in the system of health care, ministry of industrial policy? Dergspogivstandarta of Ukraine. Area of application: optoelectronic devises.
