Object of work: comparative component in poetic text; aim of work: to carry out the structural (semantic and grammatical) and conceptual analysis of comparative consnructions in poetic text; methods of reserch: descriptive analytical method, method of conceptual analysis, method of component analysis, statistical review; scientific originality of work: semantic cognitive comparison field of poetic text of modern literature Ukrainian language is considered first time in Ukrainian linguistics, complex approach of comparison was developed in the work, the criteria of differentiating of instrumental comparison and instrumental transformation are found out, cjnceptual tipology of comparisons of Ukrainian poetic text was defined; results:for the first time the multifold analysis of comparatives enables systematic description of one of the centres of the functionally semantic fields of comparison of modern literature Ukrainian language and can be used in the lecture courses of higher educational establishments from modern Ukrainian language, stylistics, linguistic analysis of the text, the special seminars and special courses of poetics, communicative and cognitive linguistics; sphere: Ukrainian language.
