Essay

Object: socio-economic processes and phenomena that determine the financial incentives employment of workers. Purpose: To summarize and theoretical grounding, methodology and development of practical recommendations to improve financial incentives work in the economic mechanism of development of agricultural enterprises. To attain these objectives, the following methods: abstract and logical, graphical, monographic, correlation and regression, the method of groupings, normative, economic and other economic and mathematical methods. Results: The mechanism of formation, development and implementation of financial incentives work, which takes into account the specific features of agricultural activity and provides for the implementation of methods, principles, forms and conditions of material stimulation through the formation and operation of "motivational circles; Methodical approaches to evaluation of performance and pay using factor analysis, improved interpretation of the essence of concepts "motivation" and "financial incentives work, which unlike existing discussed as an extended play and integral part of the economic mechanism, developed and implemented the principles of financial incentives for employees of agricultural enterprises and directions for improving the organizational and economic mechanism of labor, developed and implemented suggestions for enhancing the role and level of physical stimulation in the economic mechanism of development of agricultural enterprises.
