Essay

The thesis is devoted to find a way to improve effectiveness of diagnostic and treatment of neurological disorders in women with preeclampsia, reducing perinatal morbidity and mortality, offering L-lysine Aescinat and Tiocetam in treatment protocol. The using of L-lysine aescinat, Tiocetam let reduce neurological symptoms such as pathological oral reflexes in 6 times in women with preeclapsia at average stage and in 2 times in patients with severe preeclampsia; the total reduce of vegetalgia; decrease of hyperreflexia and lead to normal level reflexes from tendons in 3,5 and 6 times in patients with average and severe preeclampsia correspondingly; to decrease the ratio of women who has transferred into more severe form of preeclampsia at 19,7 %. The using of nootropil and L-lysine help to prolong pregnancy in 3,1±0,7 weeks in women with average preeclampsia and in 2,1±0,4 weeks in women with severe preeclampsia; usage of that combination of medicines allows decrease of perinathal death ratio in two times in women with preeclampsia.
