Essay

The thesis is dedicated to investigating the problems of the legal status of civil procedure responsibility. The content characteristics of the institution of civil procedure responsibility, and the grounds of its appearance have been scrutinized. It has been proved that civil procedure responsibility is a special kind of legal responsibility, which, in order to secure the unanimity of its application, shall acquire its legal definition in Ukrainian legislation. The author's own doctrine concept of civil procedure responsibility has been suggested.
