Grinevych V. Intraarterial infusion of carriers of Oxygenium in surgical treatment of the patients with peripheral arterial diseases of vessels of extremities

The dissertation is devoted to search for methods of treatment results improvement for the patients with the peripheral arterial diseases in case, when conditions for reconstruction and plastic operations are absence. Fixed, that the saturation of tissues by Oxygenium playing a conducting role in a pathogenic of a pain as a symptoms of occlusion arterial diseases and conducting to necrotic display. This situation cans successfully treating by intra-arterial infusion. The essentially new methods of conservative treatment of the patients with use oxygen donation perfusion are developed. For this purpose the original method of photo updating of donors erythrocytes is offered during their infusion in an arterial channel. The application of carriers of Oxygenium as independent agent of conservative therapy is proved and as addition to surgical treatment. The algorithm of medical tactics is developed in view of opportunities oxygen donation intra-arterial perfusion at the patients with peripheral arterial diseases at presence of doubtful conditions for reconstruction surgery.
