Balaka S. Features of clinical course of pancreatic cavernous formation and their surgical treatment

Theoretical explanation and practical solution for treatment of pancreatic cavernous formation were showed. Due to analysis of clinical, ultrasonic and CT changes were worked out prediction model of complications of pancreatic liquid collections. With immunological research were detected immunological markers of inflammatory process activity. With histochemical research were detected particularities of microstructure changes of liquid formations walls. On the base of research results were developed prognostic program, diagnostic and treatment algorithms for patients with pancreatic cavernous formation. Differential approach to treatment of this group of patient with miniinvasive and developed technologies usage led to decrease of post operative complication.
