Essay

Dissertation is devoted to pregnancy and childbirth in women with papilloma virus infection. Is proved that pregnant women with genital papilloma virus lesions are at high risk for miscarriage (arbitrary miscarriages in the first and second trimesters of pregnancy, threatened abortion in the first, second and third trimesters, premature childbirth), preterm rupture of membranes, purulentinflammatory complications in the postpartum period. Has no effect on the child in utero. The paper discusses possible ways of transmission from pregnant mother to the child. It has been proved that the risk of infection increases activation papilloma virus physiologically that occurs during pregnancy. It has been established that during pregnancy the presence of human papilloma virus infection causes certain changes in macro organism immune system, and particularly interferon system as a primary antivirus defense. Violations found by some indicators of systemic and local immune processes and interferon genesis allowed to justify the use of interferon in treatment of pregnant women. It was proposed a complex method of treatment papilloma virus lesions of the genitalia, which includes chemical coagulation, tri chlor acetic acid and using local interferon therapy and glitsirizing acid. It was proposed the algorithm of delivery of pregnant women with HPV genital lesions, which aims at reducing of the incidence of infection of newborns.
