Lyashenko О. Substantiation of measures of nutrition optimization for the prophylaxis of early disorders of the functional organism's status of miners in modern coal mines

Object - influence of nutrition on the functional state of the organism in conditions of underground workings. Purpose - to determine peculiarities of food factor influence on the functional state of the organism on different standing stages of underground workings, to substantiate and develop on this basis methods of nutrition optimization for prevention of early functional state disorders of modern coal mines' miners. Methods - hygienic, clinical, physiological, biochemical, immunological, mathematical-statistical ones. Results - method of daily nutrition of coal mines' miners by addition to the food of biologically active admixture made of microalgae Spіrulіna Platentіs was developed. Novelty - for the first time during the last decade the analysis of actual nutrition state of coal mines' miners was made, on the basis of this findings mathematical model of risk prognostication of early functional state disorders of coal mines' miners and possibility of their correction by "Spirulina" were developed. Results of investigation were introduced into the practice of treatment-and-preventive establishments and into educational process of higher educational institutions.
