Korotkov D. The formation of political elite of Ukraine in the context of electoral process.

Complex analysis of the problem of the formation of political elite of Ukraine is carried out on the basis of fundamental institute of democracy political elections. Basic theoretical approaches to the study of the political elite phenomenon and institute of elections are systematized. Interconnection and interdependence in the process of transformation of the political system of Ukraine are analyzed. The political science analysis of political elite formation in modern Ukraine is conducted and the basic stages of its transformation are singled out. The specific features of recruiting mechanism of modern elite of Ukraine are analyzed. The appearance of political and economic groups in Ukraine is determined to influence the electoral process and its key elements substantially.
