Galagan D. Statistical analysis of housing market

The dissertation contains results of research of processes and the phenomena in the housing market. The purpose of scientific work is the substantiation of theoretic-methodological principles and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations concerning the analysis of tendencies of functioning of the housing market, disclosing of the mechanism of formation of price dynamics, estimation of a current state, prospects of development and means of state regulation of the housing market. Object of research - the phenomena and processes of economic character which occur in the housing market. In research methods of generalization, supervision and comparison, statistical methods, methods of the system analysis and modeling were used. For the first time: the methodological approach to measurement of interrelations of price dynamics of the primary and secondary housing markets is offered at a different social and economic situation on a basis cross-correlation analysis. Improved: methodological positions concerning statistical estimation of influence of macroeconomic factors on dynamics of the prices for inhabited real estate within the limits of model of the structural equations and toolkit of decomposition of an hour number of the average prices for habitation with use of procedure Census II. Practical value of results of scientific work proves to be true presence of inquiries on their introduction in practical activities "ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ukraine", in practice of analytical work of department of statistics of manufacture of the State committee of statistics of Ukraine.
