Essay

Object - the processes of assessment and management of the economic and environmental safety at the regional level. Goal - a colligation of te theoretical positions, the improvement of teaching fundamentals and developing practical recommendations for assessment and management of economic and environmental security in the region. Novelty - it is the first time developed an adaptive prediction model of state economic and environmental security in the region using principal component method, which allows to determine the factors influencing the regional security. The result is improved methodological approaches for evaluating the state of economic and environmental security.
