The author has revealed that conflictness among teenagers during interaction with a family members is realized through the prism of a teenage standard conflictness as a factor of formation of his/her personality in the interaction with adults, and also in a social situation of a teenager development which in the above-mentioned aspect determines this conflictness. It is found out that the important factor of the constructibility of inter-generational interactions in opposition to its destructive trend of development are family norms and behavior stereotypes, the priority in which belongs to family traditions and customs, providing an inclusiveness of a family members in such interaction, in particular by the development of readiness to inter-generational interaction, established concepts about family traditions, positive attitude toward participation in them etc.It is proved that on the basis of the age-intolerance teenagers generally display greater willingness to coordinated inter-generational interaction (integrity, harmony, consistency of separate components) than middle-aged people. It is ascertained that the development of tolerance among members of families with a low level of orientation to tradition in the course of communicative and behavioural training leads to the optimization of readiness of teenagers and adults to coordinated inter-generational interaction.
