Thesis deals with the experimental material used in the rations for chickens-broilers perlite which was used for the filtration of sun-flower oil and after the additional pressing 1,5-6% from the ration content. It was studied the influence of used sun-flower oil for the filtration on the content of common lipids and their classes, soluble proteins, amino nitrogen, urine acid, alaninaminotransferase, aspartataminotransferase, vitamin A and E, carotinoides in the tissues of chickens-broilers and the digestibility of nutritions. It was defined, that the addition of 4-6 per cent of perlite used for the filtration of sun - flower oil, fovour to chickens-broilers living mass rising to 7,24-7,76 per cent and slaughtering to 7,1-10,4 per cent, on account of mass rising of breast and thigh muscles. The level of soluble protein and alaninaminotransferase, amino nitrogen content urine acid, vitamin A and carotinoides are rising in liver. In balanced experiment it was defined, that the addition of 6 per cent filtraperlite into the ration favoured the better lipid assimilation - to 4,4 per cent of dry substance and ash are not changing. During the feeding with 6 percent filtroperlite, we can get an additional income, to 100 heads, from the economy of sun - flower oil - 148 gryvens, and from the additional income - 266 gryvens. The price of one food kg is also decreased. The level of profitability is risedin the group which had god 6 per cent of perlite instead of sun - flower oil and was 85,01 per cent.
