Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the search of compounds with high antimicrobial ac-tivity in the rows of synthetic derivatives of 2Н-pyrano[2,3-с]pyridine with the aim of creation on their basis of effective chemotherapeutic drugs. Microbiological screen-ing of 117 new synthetic substances is performed. Compounds which showed high levels and wide spectrum of antimicrobial activity to the gram-positive, gram-negative microorganisms and yeast like mushrooms of sort of Candida are educed. Influence of substances on adhesive properties of mushrooms of sort of Candida is studied, speed of forming of resistance of microorganisms to studied compounds, toxic effects and irritating action of the most perspective compounds is studied
