Hoshovs’ka A. Prognosis and prevention of placental dysfunction in gravidas, afflicted with tuberculosis of lung

Object - placenta disfunction for women on condition of white plague; purpose to perfect the prophylaxis of placenta disfunction (PD) for women, patients by a white plague, by application of modern methods of prognostication of this pathology and clarification of pathogeny of defeats of afterbirth; methods – clinical, instrumental, dopplermetrical, hormonal, morphological, immunalhistologicchemical, statistical; results – it is found out that PD on condition of white plague conditioned by disorders of uteroplacental circulation of blood and caused by the hypoxia of chorial tree, which results in violation of products of placenta lactogen and specific albumens of pregnancy, causes violation of ripening of chorial tree; information is got, that in basis of pathogeny of PD, on condition of white plague, incomplete gestational alteration of spiral arteries of uterus, which is related to chronic inflammation of uteroplacental area the result of which is a decline of proliferative processes of invasion cytotrophoblast and growth of intensity of Bax-depended apoptosis of these cages, lies; the prognosis of ranges of frequency of placenta disfunction is set among pregnant, patients by active and carried tuberculosis with remaining changes, by the binominal method of determination of confidence intervals for frequencies (p=0,05); branch – medicine.
