Essay

The thesis presents the complex research of ethnocracy, which is tended to be the dominant characteristic of the modern social and political life. Its forms and methods, which are evident in neglecting the rights of other ethnic minorities during the decision making process, are analyzed. It's stated thar ethnocracy has ambitions political aim to secure the dominant status of "own nation" regarding other nations. The analysis of international law on human rights and international agreements against discrimination signed by members of United Nations, Council of Europe, the European Union and Ukraine, are presented.
