Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the evaluation of influence of a peripheral circulation state on a clinical course of feet mycoses and estimation of efficiency of including vasoactive interventions to medical actions. Agapurin Retard is proved. The developed method of complex therapy with application оf Orungal, Agapurin Retard and local applications, considering features of a clinical course of feet mycoses, has allowed raising considerably efficiency of treatment of patients with feet mycoses in comparison with appointment only combined antifungal treatment. The atraumatic technique of treatment of such patients with original external agents is developed and introduced into clinical practice.
