In dissertation essence of natural monopoly is specified as object of the legal adjusting. The system of the administrative legal adjusting of natural monopolies is certain. The analysis of forms of the administrative legal adjusting is conducted. Systematization of legal acts and estimation of current legislation of Ukraine is carried out in the field of natural monopolies. Concepts and descriptions of the administrative legal mode of natural monopolies are certain. Problems which arise up in the field of functioning of the administrative legal mode of natural monopolies are systematized.
