The research object is the decision-making in enterprises. The aim is to develop theoretical principles and practical recommendations to improve processes development, adoption and implementation of management decisions in the management of enterprises. The author used the following general scientific methods and research methods: induction, systematization, and synthesis system approach, statistical, cluster and a comparative analysis of economic-mathematical modeling and expert evaluations, grouping, fuzzy sets, system dynamics, discrete mathematics. The thesis determines the background mechanisms for the development and implementation of management decisions, and possibilities of their software development process, developed interpretation of the term "information system innovation, enterprises, various new scientific solutions highlighted in the theoretical and methodological competitor.
