Biduk I. Gender specificity of professional intelligence development in the students of a higher technical educational institution.

The features of intellectual development and professional intelligence of the students studying at a higher technical educational institution were analyzed in the paper. The influence of different factors (genetics, personality, gender) on the formation and development of future professional's intellectual abilities was revealed. The structural changes in the intellectual sphere and professional work of future professionals in the domain of aerospace were studied. The structural components of professional intelligence were determined, and peculiarities and dynamics of its development were analyzed. The properties of the structural organization of masculinity and femininity symptom complex characteristic of the students of technical institute were defined. The influence of sex-role features on the formation of professional intelligence was shown. The efficiency of psychological-pedagogical environment for realization of intellectual, gender, personality features of students of technical educational institutions, with the purpose of formation of professional intelligence, was established.
