Essay

The present research is devoted to the problem of development of speech skills of preschool children of the fifth year old, which brought up in a multicultural environment. The analysis of the methodological and methodical aspects of the problem defined that the development of verbal abilities of children of the fifth year old (a case study analysis of Russian and Crimean Tatar language) resulted by the process of active communication activities and demonstrates the general trends of enrichment of communicative, cognitive, linguistic and artistic characteristics of speech. Support for common trends structural assimilation of pre-schoolers (motivational and operational) characteristics of speech requires consideration of dynamic changes that reflect the different experiences of the child's interaction in socio-cultural environment, that can be considered for a phased growth of child's abilities to active mastering of the native language and the extensive use of two languages. Theoretically developed and experimentally tested system of development activities helped identify effective forms of influence on the development of speech skills of preschool five years old children in different multicultural environments. Given the particular socio-cultural environment of children who are educated in national groups, pre-school institutions, it is necessary to make changes in content and structural (phased) content of develop technology, which is necessary to strengthen motivation and linguistic work with children in the reproductive phase of deployment of thematic projects. The practical significance of the study is the possibility of using the results as a practical tool to optimize the development of verbal abilities of children in different socio-cultural environment.
