Dissertation focuses on the surgical management improvement of pelvic organ prolapse, stress urinary incontinence and their combination by using a differentiated choice of surgical treatment. Basic clinical and paraclinical criteria for choosing tactics surgical intervention were identified. The choice of the surgical management for patients who have stress urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse uppermost is based on a complex estimation of the localization and the size of pelvic fascia defect. The presence of connective tissue dysplasia, sexual activity, extragenital pathology, psychological features and social circumstances also must be taken into consideration. Clinical efficiency of introduced pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence surgical management tactics was analyzed. The use of presented tactics contributed to the improvement of the early and distant results of treatment, reduced the complication frequency and improved quality of life of patients with pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence combination.
