Object are processes of an estimation of human resource management in a control system of quality. Subject of research are theoretical, methodical and practical bases of an estimation of quality of human resource management at the machine-building enterprises. Aim is development of theoretical and scientifically-methodical bases of a complex estimation of quality of human resource management and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations about stimulation of maintenance of quality of human resource management on machine-building enterprises.In work general scientific methods of theoretical research, economic-statistical methods and methods of the analysis of the empirical data are used. Scientific novelty consists in working out of scientifically-methodical approaches of a complex estimation of quality of human resource management at the machine-building enterprises according to requirements of the international quality standards. Theoretical value of research consists in deepening, the further development and improvement of scientific-theoretical positions on formation and carrying out of a complex estimation of quality of human resource management at the machine-building enterprises. Practical value of results is based on finishing of theoretical conclusions to level of concrete recommendations and actions by a complex estimation of quality of the human resource management, introduced on the machine-building enterprises of Donetsk area.
