Lavrenko D. Forecasting and preventive maintenance of respiratory dissonances at surgical treatment of ventral hernias of patients with adiposity

Dissertational work is devoted to forecasting of occurrence of respiratory dissonances in the early postoperative period at surgical treatment of patients with ventral hernias in a combination with adiposity. Clinical research of 106 patients was carried out. As a result of research, prognostic criteria have been determined which have allowed to introduce into practice a way of definition of the of hernia defects' size depending on the size of a belly wall, and to develop a way of forecasting of respiratory dissonances occurrence The risk degree of development of respiratory dissonances was defined by the analysis of precisely established parameters: an index of defect of a belly wall an index of a body weight an index of background pathology of lungs' ventilating function Usage of a way of forecasting has enabled to activate the tactics of a method plastics choice, thus to increase efficiency of treatment of patients with ventral hernias and adiposity.
