Novytskiy O. Surgical treatment of ichio-, retro- and pelviorectal of acute paraproctitis and prophylaxis of its complications

Dissertation is dedicated to the improvement of results of surgical treatment of patients with the deep forms of acute paraproctitis by the improvement of methods of radial diagnostics, development of new receptions of operative intervention introduction of the optimal modes and charts of antibacterial and local treatment. Method of magnetic-resonance imaging with contrast amplification for diagnostics of deep forms of acute paraproctitis is suggested in the dissertation. Application of additional radial perineal cuts is substantiated in cases of broadened deep forms of acute paraproctitis in order to prevent development of pelvic phlegmon. Differential use of antibiotic prophylaxis and treatment is substantiated in presence of abscess and phlegmon of pararectal cellular tissue in patients with deep forms of acute paraproctitis. In the first phase of wound process after application of “Atserbin” and “Oflocain” ointments necrolysis, granulation appearance and bacteriological sanation of the wound passed in shorter terms than in the group of comparison, (p<0,01).
