The thesis is devoted to some theoretical and practical problems of supervision of the Prosecutor's office organs in the area of administration jurisdiction. The maintenance and measure of administrative jurisdiction studied. The researches examined peculiarities and importance of the activity of the prosecutor office to provide legitimacy in administrative jurisdiction. The analysis is developed as to some characteristics of law regulation and prosecutor's experience in administrative procedure related to administrative offence; disciplinary liability and citizens' applications.
