The thesis is devoted to the research of administrative and legal grounds for organization and conduction of bank control in Ukraine. The institution of bank control legal regulation is studied and its place in the system of administrative law and financial law is found out. The essence and meaning of bank control for legal regulation of the state's financial activity are researched. Particularly, the problem of defining the term "bank control" is solved. Principles, tasks, functions and species of bank control are analyzed. Ontological and legal forms of bank control in Ukraine are considered.
