Essay

The thesis is devoted to the integrated scientific understanding of legal principles to the currency control in Ukraine, opening its essence, the analysis of the international experience of the currency control, the proposals for the improvement as to the currency legislation. The position of charging the currency control to the types of the financial control on the basis of common methods, principles and tasks is discovered in it. The special emphasis is on the existence of different scientific definitions of the currency control where the peculiarities of the currency control as a specific type of the financial control are not specified still.
