Essay

The dissertation research defines the basic nature of administrative and legal status of State Tax Service of Ukraine. Analytic generalization was put forward and new solution of scientific target was offered. It consists in the improvement of administrative and legal status of State Tax Service of Ukraine. Examination of normative legal acts in force, scientific and literary sources and also analysis of experience of realization of the authority of fiscal services in foreign countries allowed us to define the basic nature of administrative and legal status of State Tax Service of Ukraine in the process of granting administrative services.
