Kovalchuk A. Usage of deepydermizated and lyophilized xenografts for treatment of patients with the burns (clinical-experimental research)

Object – patients with burns, burn wound; purpose – to improve the results of treatment of the burnt patients by the use of deepydermizated lyophilized xenografts for closing of operating wounds after an early surgical necretomy and creation of principle new model of dermatome, cutting part of which, for providing high level of epidemiology safety, oriented to the non-permanent use; methods – clinical, biochemical, immunological, biophysical, microbiological, histological, cytological, statistical; results – found out positive morphological changes in experimental burn wounds at the use of the second cut; antitoxic, antimicrobial properties of xenografts of the second cut are investigated; the dynamics of changes is set гhumoral and cellular links of immunity and indexes of intoxication during the leadthrough of early necretomy of deep burn wounds with the subsequent plastic closing of xenografts of primary and second cut; expedience of the use of xenografts of the second cut is grounded in the treatment of patients with burns; branch – medicine.
