Essay

The thesis presents new decision of gynecological actual task - enhancing efficiency and safety of reproductive function in women with clomifen-resistant form of PCOS after surgical stimulation of ovulation. On the basis of the hormonal profile of blood serum in dynamics, conducting experimental research, the pathogenic basis of temporary phenomenon of inversion sensitivity to clomifenum-citrate, comparison of the effectiveness of different modes of adjuvant therapy protocols and IVF after laparoscopic ovarian surgery it was developed tactics of patients with clomifen-resistant form PCOS after surgical stimulation of ovulation, leading to an increased incidence of pregnancy and reduced ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
