Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of clinical and immunological features of eosinophilic syndrome in patients with bronchial asthma and systemic vasculitis depending on the inclusion reaginic, immunocomplex, antineutrophilic-cytoplasmic-dependent components of inflammation. There were deducted the risk factors of Churg-Strauss syndrome in patients with bronchial asthma and systemic vasculitis. It was found some immunological features in patients with Churg-Strauss syndrome such as ANCA detection, higher level of total IgE, circulating immune complexes, increased count of CD 19+-lymphocytes, increased expression of early (CD25+) and late (CDHLA DR+) markers of lymphocytes activation, and production of IL-2 and IL-5. Depending of eosinophilia severity in patients with Churg-Strauss syndrome it was found: increase of T-helper cells, B lymphocytes and expression of "early" (CD25+) and "late" (CDHLA DR+) markers of lymphocytes activation, CD 95+, on the base of more pronounced production of IL-2 and IL-5 and reduced IL-10 that leads to clinical and morphological changes in these patients with development of systemic and organ complications. Based on the mathematical model there were deducted some immunological risk factors of Churg-Strauss syndrome development. Among patients with bronchial asthma and systemic vasculitis with eosinophilic syndrome there were detected such risk factors for Churg-Strauss syndrome development as stable eosinophilia, high level of IL-5, increased expression of HLA DR lymphocytes marker. Additional immunological features for this nosology development in patients with bronchial asthma with eosinophilia are presence of increased IgE and IL-4 levels, and for patients with systemic vasculitis with eosinophilia - increasing of CD19+-lymphocytes count, circulating immune complexes concentration and IL-2 level.
