Essay

Further developments of mathematical models of cold extrusion of profiles with dispensing were obtaining on the base of engineering method and finite element method. Mathematical models enable to carry out the analysis of profiles forming on the all stages of process, to determine the influence of construction, technological parameters of extrusion and mechanical properties of initial material on the final geometry, power modes, specific stress distribution on the work tools, stressedly deformed state of deformed metal and to predict the quality of products. Recommendations for designing of technologies and die tooling for processes of cold extrusion of profiles with dispensing are proposed. The results of theoretical and experimental investigations were utilized for development and implementation of technology for production of profiles with different configuration.
