Essay

The dissertation was created to underline sociological aspects of SEM construction, the evolution of the basic historical stages of development of Middle Eastern and foreign SEM. Classification matrix of SEM is created building and the differences of their functioning are traced, factors that influence forming of SEM are identified, formed the recommendation about planning of basic function of all zone in the structure of small, medium and large SEM, composition and parameters of SEM space are specified. Keeping principles of architectural and planning organization of SEM (functional zoning of rooms, organization of visitor's movement, rational connection of rooms, and maintenance of national identity) are recommended. The basic structural systems are offered for planning and building of SEM, and socioeconomic efficiency of project decisions of SEM identified. The recommendations of SEM placing in municipal development and organization of areas, given suggestions from the nomenclature of types of SEM were worked out to its representative, are given recommendations by volume of spatial solution of SEM on the basis of the compact and dismembering, commercial charts prolonged, identify ways of organization of information-switchgears SEM at using the nomenclature or of the elements of improvement, small architectural forms and advertising proposed by the author.
