This work is devoted to the study of etiopathogenetic mechanisms influence of ozone effects on the mother and fetus organizm in postmature pregnancy, its impacts on the readiness of a pregnant woman's organizm for genetic process on the basis on clinical, immunological and hormonal studies, and to the development of optical therapeutic schemes of ozone application for the prevention and treatment of postmature pregnancy. On the basis of complex examination of women with postmature pregnancy objective criteria for diagnosing pathological changes in mother and fetus' organism in the overterm period were worked out, the correlation of clinical, hormonal and immunological factors and their effects on the diagnosing postmature pregnancy were studied. New approaches of ozone therapy were developed, the scientific foundation of its efficiency to stimulate adequate prenatal transformation was grounded, clinical course of the preparatory prenatal period and the transformations of the hormonal and immunological values under ozone influence were studied. There were also determined the main pathogenetic links contributing to PP expozed to ozone therapy which resulted in normalization of cervical maturing and preparation of fetoplacental complex to the delivery; optimal schemes of ozone therapy in the postmature pregnancy period were developed.
