In dissertation the comparable analysis of the phonetic and orthoepical phenomena of literary Ukrainian is first carried out and verkhnenadborzhavskikh govoriv with a lingvodidaktichnoy purpose, grounded necessity to build the studies of language taking into account interlingual comparisons of all of languages which are simultaneously studied at school. Certainly maintenance of orthoepic work and also methods and receptions of forming of fonetic-оrthoepic skills are neat in the process of capture of deed first-class grade in the conditions of dialectal environment.
