The thesis is devoted to the general theoretic research of the standard lawful acts of the local councils as authorities of local self-government in Ukraine. In the work is explored the legal nature of the standard lawful acts of the local councils, their features and types, is established the place in the system of the acts of local self-government and the role in the regulation of the municipal legal relations.
