Fediaeva S. Effect of differentiated usage of mineral water "Naftusya" on the health-resort in patients with functional dyspepsia

Dissertation is devoted to scientific grounding of effect of differentiated usage of mineral water (MW) "Naftusya" on the health-resort in patients with functional dyspepsiа (FD). Treatment effects are reviled in patients with postprandial distres - syndrom while intake connected with meals, and in patients with epigastric pain syndrom - while MW intakes were permanent during the day (each 3 hours) independently of meals regimen. In the dissertation the MW influence on clinical status, enzymes, acid production and evacuation function in patients with FD, dynamics of morphological changes of mucous cover of stomach was investigated. The action of MW "Naftusya" on the state of nonspecific resistance, psychophysiological status and patients' with FD quality of life of was analyzed. Internal usage of MW "Naftusya" in patients of both clinical types of FD provoke significant decreasing of common quantity of complains which characterize development of pain and dyspeptic syndrome; leaded to decrease of lymphoid infiltration and stomach mucous cover own plate eodema. Restoration of enzyme function was determined mostly in patients with epigastric pain syndrom, and motor-evacuation - with postprandial distres - syndrom. During the data analyse improvement of the quality of life and decrease of situation and self worry in patients of both clinical types of FD was revelad.
