Essay

The worked out complex with the appointment of sea bathing and laser photo stimulation in view of the adaptive processes of children who come for healing in the Crimea from various climatic zones. In 43,0% of cases detected decrease of nonspecific resistance of the body, increase the activity of sympatho-adrenal level, lower index of health. Found that children, due to laser photo stimulation may go through a period of adaptation to new conditions of stay with less changes in immune activity and sympatho-adrenal, cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Established that sea bathing, and especially those held in conjunction with laser photo stimulation of biologically active points, cause in children charity functional metabolic adjustment in cardiovascular, sympatho-adrenal and immune systems. Obtained new data on the possibility to optimize the adaptation period, by the appointment of prophylactic laser photo stimulation techniques as "adaptogens" and can increase the effect of healing through consistent use of laser photo stimulation and sea bathing, which defines the indications for use of laser photo stimulation in two directions.
