The process of the complex forming of functionally-spatial organization of high-rise building is first considered in dissertation. The basic stages of development of architecture of pitch building are certain, their hierarchical structure is educed and built. Influence of external (town-planning, socio-economic et cetera) factors is certain on forming and development of high-rise building and functional intercommunications between the separate structural elements of high-rise objects. High-rise complexes are considered as an element of the system of general municipal level, connections, placing of high-rise building, are analyzed in the structure of city and quarter building, their influence on transport streams, on forming of panorama of city by creation of vertical accents. As a result of theoretical ground and experimental planning the model of functionally-spatial connections - kernel of high-rise building is worked out. On the basis of analysis principles of functionally-spatial organization of high-rise building among that most ponderable are chosen: is principle of compactness and complexity; principles of adaptivity and accordance to the modern social terms, drawing on front-rank scientific and technical, architectonically-artistic and technical accomplishments; principle of availability to the general municipal community centers and other elements of city; principle of functionally-spatial integration of pitch building with surrounding building. keywords: pitch building, functionally-spatial organization, kernel of pitch building, panorama of city, principles and receptions.
