Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the actual problem of cardiovascular surgery, namely surgical treatment of patients with multifocal atherosclerosis. Diagnostic algorithm and proposed a rational tactic combined endovascular and correction of associated lesions of coronary, carotid, renal, peripheral arterial arteries is optimized. The high efficiency of existing approaches, less traumatic and the minimum rate of complications in the implementation of endovascular treatment, a significant reduction in length of stay in hospital were established.
