Essay

In this work, which is based on the researching of cognitive function has been used new battery of neurophysiological tests for diagnostics of postoperative cognitive dysfunction, was determined the risk factors of cognitive function damage, after operations, which were performed in condition of total intravenous anesthesia and have made practical recommendations on improvement of anesthesiological care for such patients. It was show intraoperative dynamics of gama-glutamiltransferase and none its predictive value as a marker of postoperative cognitive decline.
