Gavrylkevych V. The features of emotional self-regulation of adults with ischemic pathology of heart.

The dissertation deals with the problem of determination of features of emotional self-regulation (ES) of adults with ischemic pathology of heart. There is determined the role of some emotional phenomena and ES in the genesis of ischemic pathology of heart (ischemic heart disease) in the dissertation. The theoretical model of personality's ES is developed. It is set an empiric way, that ischemic pathology of heart correlates with such features of ES: a heightened level of irresponsible mechanisms of psychological defence, which distort reality and hinder personality development; hypertrophied self-control of activity-behavioral displays of the emotional phenomena is at an insufficient control emotional experience; the low level of conscious sense ES. Substantive provisions are developed in relation to organization of psychological prophylaxis, psychological help and self-help taking into account the features of emotional self-regulation of adults with ischemic pathology of heart.
