Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to study the problem of inflammatory process pathogenesis at the thermal defeat of soft tissues and corrections the nonspecific and specific reactivity indexes by "Krotozin". It is set, that in the dynamics of inflammatory process development, the functional state of prooxidant and antioxidant systems is violated in the dermal-muscular tissues of burn wound, in particular the processes of lipoperoxidation increase sharply, fermentative activity of the antioxidant system is repressed. It is well-proven that a thermal trauma results in the increase of level of В-lymphocyte, concentration of general circulatory immune complexes, leucocytes phagocyte activity especially in a late period of development of thermal inflammation, has an expressed oppressed influence on the separate indexes of cellular immunity, accompanied by development of hypoproteinemia and dysproteinemia in the dynamics of development of inflammation in the area of burn wound. Correcting influence of new mean of complex action of "Krotozin" is first well-proven, on the broken indexes of prooxidant, antioxidant and immune systems in the area of burn wound, which assists oppression of processes of lipoperoxidation and activating of enzymes of the antioxidant system in dermal-muscular tissues, results in the decline of level of general circulatory immune complexes, that is positively represented on the separate indexesof immunological reactivity and nonspecific resistance of rats organism.
