Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of problematic issues of legislation's unification on the capacity of legal entities in private international law. The notion and mechanism of unification and harmonization of capacity of legal entities have been investigated. The promising directions of this issue's research have been identified by the author as well. The focus has been made on the characteristics of legal entities as subjects of international private-legal relations. In particular, attention has been paid to determining civil capacity of foreign legal entities.
